All merchandise is custom manufactured to customer specifications; we do not stock finished product. For this reason, all orders cancelled within a period of 30 days prior to the due date where production has already begun will be subject to a 40% restocking fee. All orders returned within 72 hours of receipt for any reason other than error on our part will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
