Return Policy

Briggs is committed to providing you with quality merchandise. Our goal is to ensure the merchandise you order is received in an accurate and timely manner. However, we realize product returns are an inevitable part of doing business, and we will gladly accept returned merchandise compliant with Briggs Return Policy.

All returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being accepted. Please call your Sales Representative or Customer Service at 1.800.247.2343 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Briggs cannot guarantee credit if merchandise is returned without an RMA number.

Returned Merchandise Conditions

Defective Merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit. Briggs will pay return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

In-Stock Merchandise may be returned for full credit within thirty (30) days of invoice date. In-stock merchandise returned within 31-60 days from invoice date will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must also be in original, unmarked packaging and in resale condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-Manufactured Merchandise that has product defects may be returned for replacement or credit. Briggs will pay shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

Drop-Ship Merchandise advertised in our catalogs and Special-Order Merchandise not advertised in our catalogs may be returned for replacement or credit based on the manufacturer's return policy. There will be a 20% handling fee, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Merchandise Conditions

In-Stock Merchandise returned for credit over sixty (60) days past invoice date will not be accepted.

Discontinued, Closeout, Expired Merchandise, or merchandise with expiration dates less than 90 days will not be accepted for return.

Custom-Manufactured Merchandise may not be returned due to errors in customer-approved artwork or specifications.

Electronically and/or Web-Based Delivered Subscriptions and e-Products are not eligible for return or refund.

Merchandise that is stickered, marked, damaged, defaced or cannot be resold by Briggs for any reason will not be accepted for return.
